A card game where combining cards is not a picture of power. It is the power.
In Aurion, strength is inherited energy combined and chained into something greater. That is the Awakening. This game does not describe it. You line up cards, a cluster resolves, and the chain that follows fires on its own. One move becomes a run you did not fully plan. The thing the world is about and the thing your hands do are the same act.
Aurion: Kajuta Gems Fighter (Aurion KGF) is real-time in a genre that is almost always turn-based. That is the thing you are proudest of.
This card game keeps it. It plays in real time too, so the design honors your principles, not just your lore. Match-3 speed, on a table, with the thinking that a card game rewards.
Real-time · the deliberate nod to Aurion KGFReal-time as a puzzle you construct, not a slap-fight. Combo validity reads from the card geometry at a glance, so fast thinking beats fast hands, and the higher skill ceiling is the thinking.
The cascade is the fusion. Align the cluster, it resolves, and the chain that follows is the Awakening firing. The central fantasy of the world and the core loop of the game become one motion. That is the pitch, and it is the opposite of a reskin.
A prefix on one card's edge meets a suffix on the next. Set them side by side and the fragments spell a real AurionVerse word, firing a stronger effect than a normal match. The word rides its own teal axis, so it never breaks the cascade's instant read.
Enkwo and Ewineh Kori-Odan are the exiled king and queen of Zama, married at the start of the story, not the end. The hard part of their love is staying together, not getting together.
In combat they switch leads mid-fight, and the longer they fight together the more their actions sync. That is a mechanic begging to exist on a table. One leads the attack, the other covers, and you trade the lead as the cascade demands.
Switch the lead · sync grows over the gameReady to fight with everything for the people he loves. Every defeat forces new inner strength, which the deck can turn into a comeback.
Kind but strong-minded, able to take the lead when needed. She keeps the pair from breaking under pressure.
Trade the lead at the right moment and the pair fires stronger, syncing further with every exchange.
Frame color sets the role. Red attacks, blue defends, green works magic. The diamonds on each edge are the match markers, and the glowing teal tab is a Word of Power fragment.
The saga runs across three generations, each a natural set with its own age range and tone. Built-in release runway, from mature to all-ages, without inventing a thing.
The birth of the Aurion and the first war. The darkest, most mature tone in the saga.
Enkwo and Ewineh, their exile and their fight to hold together. The heart of the launch set.
The future branch of the saga. The all-ages on-ramp that widens the table.
The cascade is the bet. The next step is a physical prototype and a playtest, to prove the real-time cascade feels as good on a table as your match-3 feels on a screen. We build it with you, fast.
